Commentary:

This is a very nice private course. The layout is very unique, I mean how many golf holes in the world are cut out of (black) lava rock? It makes for a “surface of the moon” aesthetic to look out over those holes on the back! However, that being said, if you miss the fairway your ball could end up anywhere within 100 yards (i.e., kiss the ball goodbye). Thankfully I didn’t hit any errant shots on those holes, though for a minute on 17 I thought my ball was a goner, but my trusty fade brought it back in. I am all for target golf, but those three holes provide 0 relief, which is somewhat gimmicky imo = Solid 8 design. On 18 I finally hit a drive like the old days, sheesh my driver is causing me fits atm! Conditions were perfect. Staff were nice enough, but didn’t make me feel overly welcome. At $60 Entrada is above average for a first time round, but not worth a repeat at that rate.
