I really liked this course. There are some amazing changes in elevation. No 9 drops over 300ft. coming in to the green. You are literally standing on the top of the Rocky Mountains playing golf. I also like what hitting at this elevation does for my drive distance, (did I hear three bells, anyone?).
The guy behind the counter in the pro shop was a wanker! We wanted to get out a bit early, and even though there was no one ahead of us for 45min. he was going to have us wait. We told the starter we’d like to sneak out, and the rebuff we got in the club house. He rolled his eyes, grumbled something, and then sent us out.
Amazing views, nice club. However, I’d rather play Lakota Canyon if I had to make a choice.
